Supports for student learning will be offered through CFA’s Title 1 Program. Students who could most benefit from skills’ intervention in narrowing gaps needed to meet the State’s academic standards will be offered one on one or all of the followings interventions:
- pull-out reading interventions by grade level instructional assistant (Grades K-5)
- after school tutoring (Grades 1-5)
- Scholastic Read 180 (Grades 4-5)
We will also be offering 4 literacy-based parents workshops. The workshops will be grade level specific and facilitated by classroom teachers. We had a great turnout for the spring workshop where parents were actively learning about working with their child on reading skills. The dates for this year’s workshop are forthcoming.
